A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME AND WHY I'M HERE...

Well, look no further. I can help. That’s why I’m here. My clients tell me I’m a good listener, approachable, thoughtful as well as creative. I’ll be gentle in bringing you out of your comfort zone and suggesting new ideas you might not have thought of, and I won’t force you to do anything you’re not comfortable with because I think it looks good. That’s just not my style. I genuinely love helping people, getting rid of ‘the fear’ and making interiors look and feel beautiful and just as my clients imagined. So, a little more about me. I’m Lauren, Mum of two boys, living in Warwickshire and passionate about creating interiors for other people to enjoy and be proud of their home. 

I’ve loved interior design since buying my first home in 2006 and I’ve been passionate about it ever since. My 20-year career in retail means that my customer service is paramount, from working with high street names such as Marks and Spencer and John Lewis who both put customer service at the heart of their business.. Armed with my diploma in interior design, I’ve pulled upon my past career experiences to start Lauren May Interiors. Problem solving, attention to detail and working to deadlines are instilled in me. I’m a considered, organised planner by nature, a reflective personality, and an effective communicator.

I specialise in creating interiors which have colour, pattern, and texture with a modern timeless feel. That’s not to say I don’t do subdued. I love those projects too; I just love encouraging people to be brave with their interior choices. I feel passionate about creating interiors which are not only beautiful but practical too. I have a family; two young boys and two cats, so maximising space and storage is paramount to me!
